瀝青離心式快速抽提儀中英文說明書

• 概述

Ⅰ Introduction

本儀器根據交通部2000年公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗規程JTJ052-2000中T0722-1993的技術規范要求，經改進設計的離心分離法試驗儀器。用離心法抽提測定粘稠石油瀝青拌制的瀝青混合料中的瀝青含量（或石油比）。適用于新拌瀝青混合料，也適用于舊路采取的混合料試樣。該儀器操作方便、使用壽命長，是目前很理想的試驗設備。
This device is centrifugation separation test device designed and improved according to the requirements of T0722-1993 technical specification in JTJ052-2000 Standard test methods of bitumen and bituminous mixtures for highway engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction in 2000. It extracts and determines bitumen content (or petroleum ratio) in bitumen mixture mixed by viscous petroleum bitumen. It is applicable for newly-mixed bitumen mixture and also applicable for test sample of mixture adopted for old rods. This device is easy to operate with long service life, so it is ideal test equipment.

• 儀器的工作原理

Ⅲ Working principle

儀器采用進口變頻器自動控制主機從低速到高速及快速停機。配置時間定時器，只需開啟一個開關，即可自動完成啟動停止。
The device employs imported transducer to automatically control the main frame to change from low speed to high speed and stop rapidly. It is provided with a timer. Only by turning on a switch, it can automatically complete start to stop.

• 使用方法

Ⅳ How to use

• 按JTJ052-2000規程T0701瀝青混合料的取樣方法，拌好的料中采取試樣。按規程中的操作方法進行試樣準備。

1. Take test samples from mixture by using the samp method of T0701 bitumen mixture in JTJ052-2000. Make preparation for test samples according to the operating method in the standard.

• 向裝有試樣的燒杯中注入三氯乙烯溶劑，將其浸沒并記錄溶劑用量浸泡三十分鐘攪拌后使充分溶解（也可直接在料杯中浸泡）。

2. Inject trichloroethylene solvent in the beaker with test samples, immerse them and record amount of solvent used. Immerse them for 30 minutes and mix them so that they sufficiently dissolved (You can also directly immerse them in feeding cup)

• 將浸泡后的混合料及溶劑全部倒入離心機料杯中

3. Pour immersed mixture and solvent in feeding cup of the centrifuge.

• 稱取潔凈的環形濾紙，準確0.01g，注意：濾紙不能反復使用，有破損者也不能用。

4. Weigh clean circular filter paper accurate to 0.01g. Attention: the filter paper can’t be used repeatedly. The broken one can’t be used.

• 將濾紙墊在離心杯口邊加蓋后固緊螺絲，將收集鍋蓋好，在分離器出口處放回收瓶。

5. Fill the filter paper around the opening of the centrifugal cup, cover it and fasten screws. Cover the collecting pot and place the recovery bottle at the outlet of the separator.

• 啟動電源，離心杯開始旋轉，由控制電路自動調整，在二十秒鐘左右達到高速。瀝青溶液通過排出口流入回收瓶中。停機后，從上蓋孔中加入新的溶劑，數量同前，稍停3—5分鐘后，重復試驗。如此經過多次分離，直流出的溶液清澈透明為止。

6. Turn power on and the centrifugal cup starts to turn. Automatically regulated by control circuit, it will reach the maximum speed in about 20 seconds. The bitumen solution flows in the recovery bottom via the discharge port. After stopping, add same amount of new solvent from the upper cover hole and wait for 3-5 minutes and repeat the test. It undergoes many times of separation until the solution flowed out becomes clear and transparent.

• 卸下上蓋取出環形濾紙及料杯中的石料，嚴格按“公路瀝青混合料試驗規程"所要求的步驟進行操作，并計算出瀝青含量。

7. Disassemble the upper cover and take out the circular filter paper and stones in the feeding cup. Operate strictly according to the steps required in the Standard test methods of bitumen and bituminous mixtures for highway engineering and calculate the bitumen content.

• 注意事項

Ⅴ Attentions

• 應選擇平整、穩固、通風的場地安裝本機；

1. A place where it is flat, stable and ventilated shall be selected for instal this device.

• 要保持機器清潔，溶液嚴禁進入電機，以免造成損壞；

2. Keep the device clean and solution is forbidden to enter the motor to avoid damaging it.

• 出現異常聲響或其他故障應先切斷電源后進行檢查；

3. In case of abnormal sound or other troubles, cut off power to examine.

• 試驗完成后，應行清潔工作，以免造成故障。

4. After the test is over, clean it to avoid causing troubles.
